Greenwich Peninsula is a new development set to transform South London. Bringing together creativity, community and culture to create one of London’s most modern landscapes.
The challenge was to sell over 15,000 new homes wrapped up in 7 distinctive neighbourhoods over the next 20 years.

The Idea
From the initial discussions and understanding the scale of the development it was crucial to keep things simple for the end user.
The experience was simplified into four key areas. The vision, property, leisure and culture. This allowed users to find their potential home quicker but also experience the thriving vibrant culture on the peninsula.
