Plume Labs’ technology helps limit exposure to air pollution. In a city where over 10,000 people died last year because of air pollution, the challenge was getting Londoners to engage with this invisible problem in a way that was impossible to ignore.

The Idea

Making pollution eye-catching and fun. Inspired by the pigeon’s themselves the visual language uses neon hues and gradients to make pollution more accessible and fun. Simple Icons and illustrations made complex data easy to understand and react to.
